    Hi everone
I have question regarding working hours.
Im working as a member of 3 men security team with supervisor, in busy retail shop.
Our working hours 9-6:30pm, operated by automatic clocking system, we are clocked out sharp 6:30pm.
Our supervisor wants us to start every day 10mins before 9 and stay longer in work, usually 5-15mins after 6:30. Is that right?
    Thank for all help

Your supervisor is seeking to change your working hours.

    Are you hourly-paid?

In retail it's common practice, I do on average 4 hours un-paid work a week, so that's 188 hours a year.
