    Hi all
I’m purchasing a concealed shower valve on the internet from a British website. They state, in the technical specs, that the inlet and outlet connection sizes are 15mm. Will this suit 1/2” qualplex push on fittings? Do I need to use ptfe tape with This?
Should I use compression fittings instead?
    Thanks.

You can use compression fittings once you sawp out the (1/2") olives for 15mm olives.

You need to put up a link to the product as you aren't making any sense atm.

Can I use 1/2" push on fittings to connect qual Plex pipe to this product that has a 15mm inlet and outlet.
Thought I was making perfect sense to be honest........

So if that has built in 15mm compression fittings then you can join it directly to 1/2 inch qualpex pipe if you take the 15mm olives out of the 15mm compression fittings and replace them with 1/2 inch olives. Once you have done that you can obviously use 1/2 qualpex and 1/2 inch fittings from there on.

Qualpex fittings don't come into it at the point you are connecting to the shower valve at that point the pipe goes direct into the shower valve with the modification noted.

Its a threaded female on the valve body so I'll have to purchase the fittings separate.
    Thanks.
