CAO form referees

    Hi,

    Could someone tell me the best references to put down on my CAO application?

    I am having trouble getting a second reference because I am only out of a job I have been in for quite some time. And the problem I am facing is I only worked under one Manager (who is on the Form), is it absolutely necessary to give the second reference? Or is it too risky in a deciding factor of being accepted?
