Taking photographs at the NCT Center

    Hi All,

Just back from the NCT, decided to take a photo of my car in the testing Lane through the glass from the waiting room. One mechanic gestured no photos allowed.

Was just wondering is it considered a public place ? I would be under the assumption it is.

Last year I recall signs up all over the place saying no photos, these were all gone this evening. Nothing saying no photos allowed anywhere. Just got me thinking.

    Cheers

It's not a public place! It's a working area albeit that the public have limited access to. A street for example would be considered a public place or a park!

the land itself is privately owned, IIRC.
