Right of way and parking

I have a right of way to my house along a lane that is also used by a farmer for agricultural purposes. A long stretch of the lane is wide enough to park vehicles easily.

My nephew asked me if he could park his camper van there. Does a right of way give a right to park?

He is thinking about living in the camper van while he saves money for a mortgage. Is this feasible?

No a right of way is a right to pass and repass for you and visitors

Parking and setting up a mobile home is squatting/ trespass on some elses land.
