Opinions on Maynooth on-campus accommdation??

I am hoping to be attending Maynooth next September. All I can find on the on-campus accommodation is from 2012. What are the Courtyard/River apartments like? and are the Rye Hall apartments with 3/4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms bad?

Did you apply for accommodation in the end? I got River and I'm so happy.
