Hi Seanachai, you can change your subscriptions here. Tick the checkbox of threads that you'd like to modify and then use the dropdown at the end of the page to change the frequency.

You can change your default setting in the Edit Options panel of your User Control Panel. Scroll down to the Messaging & Notification tab and look for the Default Thread Subscription Mode heading. The dropdown there will let you change the default setting from now on.
