Passenger window, or left side of the windscreen?
You can either replace the glass or try a remover.

As you probably want a product I move this to detailing, they know all the products :)

There are products for polishing fine scratches in glass - you need a machine polisher, cerium oxide and a rayon pad; its not an easy process and you wont pick them up in Halfords

Detailing Shed sell a product called CarPro CeriGlass. It comes in a kit with a rubbing block but you'll be quite a long time using that to remove scratches in glass by hand. The best option is as Curran said, use a dual action polisher with a rayon pad. Rayon pads are specifically for use on glass with cerium oxide so don't let it anywhere near the paint.

If you use this combination on a windscreen it will remove the "beading" properties of the glass so I would recommend applying CQuartz FlyBy Forte or Gtechniq G1 afterwards.

Op, apart from a few selected Meguiars products, I'd apply this quote to all of your detailing needs!!!
