So the slurry tanks are empty and I'm informed that this is the best time to apply slurry bugs.

Anyone have any recommendations which are the best one's or are they worth it?

This won't get an answer here but I've just seen the question raised on Twitter.

Do slurry bugs increase TB in slurry?
Now that would make you think.

    Install a bubbler.

Ah it's an outdoor tank and agitation is not really a problem anyway. The (supposedly) extra N was the attraction for me.

I know you should stay away from the internet for advice and all that jazz.
But I'm scratching my head now if I should just stay away from it. The bugs that is.:p
See someone had a problem with silage preservation after slurry was applied with the bugs.

They"re gone very big into slurry spreading TB on your side of the Irish sea.
There's a vet there seemingly a top man on the research.
