Finding a venue for a small wedding party

After putting our wedding off for a good while because of baby we're slowly starting to think about it again.
We scrapped our original plan because they weren't convenient and are basically now starting again.

We're currently looking for a venue. We have a few special requirements though. First we're looking to plan for a relatively small party, 45-50 people max.
Secondly, my part of the wedding party would travel in, I have a very small family and I'd like to have them close.
The problem is that I'm struggling to find a venue that actually caters such a number.
Ideally I'd be looking for ceremony and reception under one roof with on-side accommodation.
What my problem is that most venues that are nice only cater higher numbers or offer off-season mid week weddings for that size.

I understand that having a Dublin wedding would probably be the most convenient in our case, but that's not particularly what I'm looking for (not ruling it out though).

We're based in the very South of Co. Wicklow, so ideally Wicklow, Carlow, Kilkenny, Wexford.

We're currently looking into Marlfield house, they'd cater to small weddings during the week in off-season times.
We were in love with the Millhouse in Slane but they don't do that size and have a policy to book up all the rooms.

If anyone has any suggestion, I'd be more than delighted.

Schoolhouse hotel & Lucan Spa Hotel both cater for small numbers

My husband's brother had a wedding of about that size in Kettles Country House Hotel in Swords. They had the ceremony on site and the majority of the guests stayed overnight afterwards. It was probably one of the nicest meals I've ever had at a wedding, also.

They used the restaurant bit upstairs for the ceremony and dinner, and between the ceremony and meal they had a drinks reception and canapes downstairs in this kinda conservatory bit. The wedding was on a Friday in September (friday was necessitated by the civil ceremony bit)

We were toying with the Schoolhouse before the baby came along but now that we're not living in Dublin anymore we'd rather prefer having it somewhere in the Southeast.

I also checked Kettle's out and they don't cater under 80 people.

It's rather difficult finding a nice venue with on-site accommodation that does small numbers.

Lisnavagh Hse in Carlow might work midweek for those numbers. Trudder house would be similar to Millhouse or have a look at Glebe house in Meath, not far from the millhouse.
Roundwood house in Laois is lovely and Rathsallagh house could also cater for those numbers midweek. Best of luck

I had a look at Lisnavagh and might enquire for their brochure.
Also Huntington Castle say they accommodate small groups, a venue that I particularly like from the looks.
