Hi all,

I'd like to get some input on interview techniques or mindsets that work and or the benefits of engaging an interview coach.

The problem I find is with the structured interview process the wheels seem to fall off about half way through. From about midway the brain shuts off, I have trouble remembering the question or purpose there of and end up rambling.

I employ the Star technique but its difficult to remember or implement when the spotlight is on and the questions are out of left-field.
