How to find suppliers?

    I just moved house.

    Needs a lot of work.

    So far we have had the electrics rewired, garden cleared.

    We were able to get recomendations for this so grand.

    Looking to get new boiler/heating system, a wet room installed and insulation sorted.

    IN the past I've used tradesman.ie. They are no looking to pay a deposit before contacting some one. Why would I pay a deposit to some one I may or may not work with? Seems a ridiculous business model.

    Any ways what options do I have now to get people with reviews to quote work?

    Ask in your local builders suppliers? In my local one there's a few oul boys working there yonks that know every plumber etc in a 30 mile radius. The good, the middling and the chancers!
