Custom Binary Blocked by FRP Lock

    Hi,

    I have a Samsung J5 2017. I had it unlocked when i bought it from Three as i use a 48mobile. Today i installed google chrome cast and i let the battery die before charging it.. now it says Custom Binary Blocked By FRP Lock and i have no clue how to proceed..

    can i bring it to Three store where i bought it?

    should i just bring it to a phone repair shop? how much does it cost to get something like this fixed?

    this is a pain in the A.

    any advice is greatly appreciated.

    Factory Reset Protection bypassing is a grey area and most guides on XDA have been censored.

    Having your device network unlocked is not relevant here.

    Edit: - Also don't see how the chromecast app could cause this.

    Where you trying to unlock the bootloader/root your device?


    Try looking at some google youtube videos for a solution.
