tattoo advice please

Hi all,first time posting.got a tattoo 6months ago, its my sixth tattoo,but this one is..well, a disaster.Any idea why it turned out like this?The day it was done it was perfect,by day two it started to spread, making the detail vanish. Would a tattoo artist be able to fix it?
