Cannabis and Cancer

For most trying to sift through the mountains of information about cannabis and it’s medicinal property’s can be daunting. Personally I’ve used cannabis for most of my life and still find it difficult to navigate the legal and moral minefield which we find ourselves blindly running through today. I’ve seen first hand the benefits which this healing plant can offer. Big pharmaceutical companies are bandits who walk around wearing their €5000 suits and drive their expensive cars. Of course they don’t want the truth to get out about cannabis because it effects their bottom line$$$$ If your child or loved one had an aliment which did not respond to the many many pills and treatments offered by the establishment then you would try anything. And if you listened to and saw first hand the benefits of medical cannabis then you would surely try and do something about it. I grew up in California and have seen first hand the improvements in patients lives because of medical cannabis. It sickens me to read all the negative comments about parents just trying to do what’s right for their children. It will be legalized and while we wait for the politicians “elected by the people of Ireland” to get their principles in order another family goes through another day of stress, pain and grief. Cannabis can help with appetite, sleep and pain management. It’s not the magic pill but has been shown to drastically improve the lives of people fighting illness. *modsnip*

There have been multiple threads here over the years discussing Cannabis and its efficacy towards different ailments, including Cancer.
This one would have the most active discussions which quotes from independent medical trials and covers recent legislative changes.

    Mod note

As K Flyer suggests, this would be better suited to the above linked thread. Please read the charter before posting in LTI again.
