I have recently put a in a claim under specified illness cover.. they have requested medical reports from doctors, so am just wondering how long normally is the wait to hear if claim has been successful or not. thanks!

It depends on how quickly your doctors return the information requested. The underwriters will review what is returned and may then seek further information - it’s very much a how-long-is-a-piece-of-string scenario, but you can likey count on it being several weeks.
