Hi guys, I took my Renault Laguna to a dealer to fix a heater problem and when I got the car back the heater which was supposedly fixed broke down within 10 minutes after, and not only that, my radio didn't work and the anti-lock brake system was dismantled. Any advice would be welcome about what to do about it. Apart from the heater problem neither of the other two existed before I brought it in.
    Thanks

Bring it back to the dealer? Issues can and do occur unfortunately, 99% of places will be as accommodating as possible to get it resolved for you.

Just bring it back for them to rectify it. Possible they forgot to secure something that cascaded into several issues.

The joys of owning a Renault, you'll form long lasting friendships with these lads.

LOL. If it's the 2008 onwards Laguna then it's one of the most reliable cars out there. The old Renault aren't reliable clichs old now. Try BMW or VW

I've owned 2 renaults in my time and never had any problems apart from a brake light problem on an old renault 19.

I suppose one man's meat is another man's poison.

I stopped using my local Renault dealer because I had to bring my car back to them twice when they managed to break things on it while it was in for repair. Oh and the time they didn't screw the sump closed on the oil tank and my car dumped the contents of the tank all over the drive after I collected it.

Now in fairness, there was never any hassle about having the mistakes put right and they were very apologetic, so just ring your garage and odds are on they'll sort you out.
