Web based help desk software

    Hi,

    Wondering has anyone recommendations on this, we have 3 sites and there are 3 IT guys so looking for a cloud based helpdesk software to allow users to log calls, then we can delegate them and complete as done.

    Has to be Online / Cloud based so we can access it anywhere / from phones..
