The minefield of how to calculate tax on RSU's

    There is so much conflicting information online on RSU's and tax and a lot of people (myself included) haven't a clue on how exactly to deal with tax when selling RSU's.
    It would be great if someone could provide some "For Dummies" style information on how to calculate what tax is due when you plan on selling your RSU's and how exactly to go about this. I understand there are a few similar topics but I guess this is just more general information without having to read Revenue pdf's.
    Any help in understanding would be gratefully appreciated.

    My impression was that it was the Capital Gain @ 33% on Sale Price - Vest Price -
    But could be wrong on that.
