Manitou MLT 627 problem

hi i have a perkins engine 1104c-44t which is in a MLT 627 2007, Now its leaking coolant, The water pump has been done last week and well as thermostat and radiator was flushed by a radiator company, no signs of water leaking and then all of a sudden it will dump water and boil, top it up with water and it wuill work away…

Sounds like the head gasket. Where is the coolant going, is the oil level raising/murky? Is there smoke (steam) coming out the exhaust? Is it a external coolant leak?
