Shell Helix oil has a good rep afaik. Plenty boardsies use it.
What car is it for?
Are you just topping up or changing oil altogether?

Which Shell Helix? There is a wide variety in the Helix range, probably 10 or more different engine oils. They are just as good as other oils and only good if they meet or exceed the required specification for your engine.
