Any tips on how not to make a north facing kitchen extension not cold or without drafts? We are planning an extension where we won't need planning permission & where the back door will face west but worried it will make the space cold.

    Any similar experiences??

My extension /kitchen is north facing.
Have t noticed any drafts or coldness yet.

Moved in in October but I did pay particular attention to the insulation detail, it’s fitting and also taped all joints and air tight tape around doors and windows.
