Ctrl key stuck

    Windows 10 laptop, scrollpad disabled.

OK. So it's like my Ctrl key stuck is stuck. But it's not.

Every time I use the mouse, it changes the zoom size, behaves like I'm keeping Ctrl key down.

The fonts on any web page keep changing size when I use the mouse.
I've cleaned my keyboard, it's not a hardware problem, it's ok when I reset my machine.

But then it starts again. I can't use the mouse, because, it keeps on zooming the text size.

    Any ideas?

Sounds like you have accidentally enabled the "sticky keys" feature.
Look for "ease of access" in the control panel and you can turn it off from there.

Windows key and U is the shortcut for Ease of Access. On the left, click on Keyboard and see if any of those options are turned on.

Try pressing both the left and right "CTRL" keys together and see if the problem goes away :)
