Unsure of Career Direction

    Hi all

I have recently completed a Level 7 in Supply Chain and Transport Management. All my previous roles have been Logistics oriented and I am not a fan, long hours, unscheduled hours, late Sundays due to rescheduling rosters, no remuneration underpaid industry.

I am looking to develop my career in production/ supply chain. I am thinking of doing CIMP (accredit by APICS) course this year to further my studies and up my chances of a decent career.

I have been applying for production operator entry level roles to help me get in the door, however as I have no experience in medical devices or production industry I cant even seem to get an interview in the med sector (I am located in Galway).

I would love to hear any advice anyone has
Or has any one gone from Production to transport or transport to production and why?

    Thanks for any help
