BMW independent Swords

My wife's e93 doesn't leave Swords all that often. When it does manage to get up to 120 the abs goes bananas, kills power for two seconds, then turns itself off and the dash lights up until you turn the engine off and back on.

It also has what seems (from Google) to be a common issue of interment oil smell coming from the valve cover gasket.

Could anyone recommend someone to look into these issues North County Dublin (Swords area) or is it a main dealer job?

I've tried searching for older threads, but a lot of the recommendations have closed.

    Cheers for any help.

These lads would be ideal if anyone could recommend them. Location is preferable to heading to Fox n Geese. Place is around the corner from the kids crèche

I think that's the place my father in law takes his 3 Series. One of the owners was one of his mechanics in Aer Lingus before retraining as a BMW mechanic.

Know someone who uses them too, never heard him say anything negative about them.

2 rear abs sensors, an abs pick up ring, hand break adjustment on both rear hubs and a valve cover gasket all in 400.. happy with that, Cheers for the recommendations.
