SatoshiLabs and Ledger are private companies.

If it gets to the stage where they want to IPO I'd sort of presume they'd do an ICO instead.

Would they have business scalability issues which would necessitate any kind of offering? It seems they're keeping a good pace with the market as it stands with the revenue brought in from their devices, there would have to be an even more surreal explosion in user numbers this year to warrant it.
