What brand horseradish did Neven mention?

Just watched a rerun of Neven McGuire in San Sebastian, and back at Airfield he made a smoked salmon terrine to which he added a tablespoon of horseradish — he mentioned a specific brand which sounded like Tacaman or Cackerman, but it was very indistinct, and nothing comes up when I Google it. I did think of Tucuman, but that doesn't seem to be it. Does anyone recognise the name?

Our preferred brand is Krakus - I think it's Polish. It has a much higher proportion of actual horseradish in compared to some of the more familiar western labels.

Maybe email RTE & McNean House and ask

Unfortunately "BD Foods" doesn't sound like the word he used in the programme. Tracklements was the answer: https://www.tracklements.co.uk/sauces/strong-horseradish-cream

Did you actually click the link? BD Foods are a supplier of Tracklements.

I did click the link but I didn't spot that they are suppliers. Sorry, and thanks for pointing it out.
