Issue with PayPal shipping returns

    Is anyone have issues with the PayPal shipping refunds that they have through Telus International?? 2 weeks later I'm still waiting on numerous shipping refunds and been told there is a technical issue from 2 weeks ago.

    Has anyone else had issues

    Yes I had 3 issues with promises on 1 refund from Telus. 2 weeks ago I said "screw this" and rang the 1800 for Paypal and the guy said "sorry, I can see they promised it twice but never did it, here's the refund" and it was deposited in my account immediately and I sent it to my bank account immediately.

    It was €16, that was 2 weeks ago from a refund I started on the 19th December or something.

    Now, yesterday I received 2 more refunds of €16.00 at the exact same time. €32.00 was sitting in my balance so I said to myself "screw you Telus" and I withdrew it. :D I also had Paypal go against me on a paypal claim recently so I feel no moral issue with it.

    So for a €16 request I received €48 :confused:
