Refund amount incorrect

    Hi. I received my refund cheque but it only covers half the bills I paid. I moved house in 2015 and for a while was paying bills for two properties. Yet I have only received a refund for the bills I paid in the house I moved into.

    Every time I try and ring your helpline I get cut off before I can speak to anyone. Please advise. Many thanks.
