Just a query as to how long does it take a drench such as flukiver to work in sheep.

Works by uncoupling oxidative phosphorylation, the mechanism by which energy is released in cells. So, should work quickly.

Toxicity in sheep manifests in less than three days so I imagine fluke would be hit by then too.

How well does it work in a sheep that may be bad with fluke

No hands on experience but should work well.
