    Giving out lights like that is bad. They just shouldn't bother. They should instead lobby for minimum standard of lights for bikes and better enforcement.

    Giving out poor lights just reinforces the belief that any form of light will do.

    Now if they were to introduce a standard, and better enforcement, people stopped with those RSA lights can say “These were supplied to me. Not my problem they are no use”
