    Does anyone know if Go Safe van pics can identify the driver at night?

    Fine goes to registered car owner who is liable unless they declare someone else was driving. Impossible to guess if a pic will be clear enough to identify driver.

    Most of the time, yes.
    If you get away without paying it then the registered owner of the car you were driving will pay it.

    They don't work on the basis of identifying the driver (how could they when a rear pic is taken when you're on the opposite side of the road)

    The registered owner is responsible for naming who was driving.
