Face Rash

    Hi looking for some advice. Male in my 20’s here. Every now and again I keep
    Developing a face rash around my mouth. It’s seems to be from weather change and skin becomes irratated. It is very hard to shift. My skin has always been extremely sensitive so I’m weary what to put on it. I have tried lipikar products but they seem to worsen it. The likes of E45 and silcocks bass are also no use. Currently using a bit of cortisone now as my doctor recommended it a few years back.

    Any suggestions
