Zone not heating

Hope someone can help me out here as my head is wrecked.
Have a Grant Oil boiler with a circ pump beside it feeding 3 zones with the help of climote. Living area, bedrooms and hot water.
Currently only the bedrooms are getting heat. If i just turn on the hot water, living room or both then the boiler runs for a few minutes and cuts out with no heat getting to either zone. Seems to just get to the temp of the boiler and stop.
If i put all 3 zones on the heat is only getting to the bedrooms and the boiler stays on to bring this zone up to required temp.

In the hot press the hot feed is coming from the boiler is taken off to the living room to the left first then the bedroom to the right and straight on to the cylinder.
The motorised valves for zones are working as i have removed them and opened/closed them manually with same results. The hot water is getting to a point before the valve and wont go any further. There is a check valve (NRV) before the motorised valve and this is were the water seems to stop.

Hope this makes sense to someone as i cant get my head around it. Any ideas? Just to add to this my electric circuit that the boiler and circ pump are on has tripped a couple of times so maybe it has something to do with this...
