Changing light fixture

    Hi all,

I'm an Irish student in Slovakia and the new (well renovated) flat I'm in has a problem. They put 60w bulbs in a 40w fixture and you can see the heat has messed up the wire. The landlord gave me a new fixture as shown and I'm wondering how do I wire it? I know where the main switch for my apartment is so I can safely turn off the electricity before I work. There is a sticker on the fixture so does this indicate where the wires go? I've done basic wiring before but don't want to mess anything up!..

    Many thanks :)

To be honest unless you were the person who put the 60w bulbs in I'd be passing the responsibility of changing the light fitting back to the landlord especially since you don't seem to have any idea what you are doing.
