make intro for documentary

    What would you make an intro like prime time above with. Not a copy but similar to how the circle are seen through the footage .look at where michael martin is and the light blue circle approaching him.

    Probably After Effects. The NLE and compositor in Blender can probably do it too if you’re looking for a free alternative.

    could you give any hint as to do in blender. i have not used blender, find it very confusing. thanks
