Just wondering how to claim tax back? When i log into my account there is no Paye services option so no way to request a p21 etc,

Is there something im missing? According to my payslip I was paying 140 in tax per week so im fairly keen to try get that back!

    Cheers.

Log in again . There should be PAYE services and then click on ''review my taxes 2014-2017 .

If not there , send them a message via my enquiries . They should reply within 5 days although it says it takes 20-25 days for a reply.

Try this from a PC/Laptop if you already using the mobile app.

If you're earning enough to pay tax you don't just get it back - your employer will have to had been quite incompetent at payroll to have retained that much when not required.

Log in and go to PAYE services again - click on manage my tax. You will have the option to either request a P21, in which case a balancing statement will be issued to you based upon your pay, tax and standard credits for the year, or you can fill out a form 12, which is how you claim for things like health expenses, tuition fees etc.

As the other poster said, you don't just "get tax back". Your PAYE will have to have been deducted incorrectly in some way during the year in order for a refund to be due.

Is this your first employment? If its not registered you will not have the PAYE Services options until you first register the job. This can be done in MyAccount by selecting Add Job or Pension. You will need the employers registration number
