R108 at Dublin Airport

Dublin Airport are in the process of building a new runway north of and parallel to the existing main 10/28 runway

As a result, a new road has been built to detour the road from the Boot Inn(Jets) to Swords.

Openstreetmap shows this new road, along with the existing road north of the main runway as the R108. It makes no sense to have this U of road as a R road, and not route the R122/R108 across the top of the U as a common route. This happens elsewhere in Swords, where the R125 runs along the R132 Swords bypass from Pinnock Hill Roundabout to the Roundabout at Fingallians.

The Boot Inn will be left marooned between runways when this is done. Wonder if it'll survive.

Driving by it I taught it was closed along time. If could have a lot of potential being between the two runways
