Cannot receive texts from Danish mobiles

    Hi there,

    Both my wife and I have Eir mobile numbers - and neither of us can receive texts from our friends and family having Danish mobiles. Weirdly they receive our texts, but we never get theirs - and it is not just one or two individuals - it is everyone we know in Denmark ...

    Please help rectify this - cheers,
