Case with FSPO against the bank

I have raised a complaint with the FSPO (for the 3rd time) and thankfully this time it is being looked into. The new procedure is to enter into mediation. My complaint is regarding handling of my case over the last 8 years as I was left by my ex partner with an unsustainable mortgage and I ended up voluntarily surrendering. I am just wondering if anyone would have any idea if BOI are likely to reject mediation? I know the next step then is investigation and this could take 12-18mths but just wondering what are the chances they will actually mediate?
