Would anyone know the ballpark cost to disconnect a gas oven? At the moment, I have a gas hob and gas oven, keeping the gas hob and putting an electric oven in instead.

Any ideas? I'm based in North County Dublin

There should be an isolation valve under or to the side of the hob. Disconnect old gas hob, cap isolation valve, test + cert, i would guess your looking at around €100.

Thanks, was quoted €150 seems a bit steep
