    Hi

    I know exactly what you mean. Eir lies a lot. I ordered an installation and a member of my family took a day off work And no one arrived and they ordered me another installation for 2 days later and said it would be a priority call on the second day and they didn’t arrive then either between 9 and 1

    Very unsatisfied supposed to be customer who missed work deadline because of no installation because of no broadband.

    eir have a Talk to forum on boards where it would be best to bring up your grievience, can't see how this would be a Clare only issue so I'm closing this thread.
