Not getting 4G on iPhone 5

    Hi,
    I've an eir mobile SIM with an active plan which should include the capability to access the 4G network and I get E/3G without issue but not getting 4G. I've checked to ensure 4G is enabled within Settings > Mobile Data > Data Roaming. I've also tried a suggestion I saw in an earlier post of putting the phone in flight mode for 10 mins but no joy. Could someone check for me that 4G is enabled for my SIM. I can PM the details once I get a response from a representative. Thx.
