    Hi looking for advice. We have planning for a 3 bed bungalow in meath. Looking to leave the attic ready to convert to two more rooms. We cant seem to get any price from builders.
    Where is the best place to look for prices? 3 builders havent replied.
    I have the architects plans just wondering where to go from here

    Have you asked the Architect to give you an estimate of Cost based on the going rate for sq footage.

    Or you could employ a Quantity Surveyor who will more accurately price it up for you. Always handy to have when negotiating with Builders.
