DPP Decision Reversed

    Hi all just wanted to ask a legal question if that’s ok, to make a long story short I was raped repeatly as a child and came forward in 2016 and went through he hole process etc the DPP turned my case away but was reversed in June 2016 and the person in question was charged and they book of evidence was in October.

    The reason why I’m asking is because I haven’t heard a thing since June 2016.

    As for the October I only know because I tried chasing for information but to scared to ring them again I just don’t want them to forget about me.

    Ring the garda dealing with the case and they will keep you informed.
