PayPal Receiving Funds Problem

    I'm looking to claim a payment to my bank account but when I go to accept the claim I keep getting the following message. "Bank Account authorization code is invalid"

    Anyone ever get this before and what step I should take?

    Did you choose for PayPal to make a charge of 1.50 on your account? If so, go to your bank statement and find a transaction called pp* xxxx code.

    Enter the number you see where I have put xxxx. this will link your account and PayPal account and then you can withdraw.
