Water Refund Cheque in different country

    Hey there.

    I received a cheque for my water refund. 2 Years ago I moved from Ireland to Denmark and I received the cheque to my danish address as I had informed you guys of my move back then, so the cheque was addressed to me at my new danish address.
    However, my bank is unable to accept and process that cheque and asked that the refund should be transferred to my danish bank account instead. 

    What I can read here in this forum at similar questions is that you do not do that and only issue these cheques?
    So, how am I going to get to that refund that I am obviously entitled to? I do not have an irish bank account anymore for obvious reasons.

    I have contacted you guys via your online form on your homepage already 2 weeks ago and still not gotten any response, even though it is stated that you answer within 5 days.


    So, what do we do now?
