Hi, we,ve a property with living quarters over a shop. Are looking to rent out the living area, but the place needs modernising. Therell be a separate entrance, thing is, is there a 'must have' list before the place would be approved for rental? Or some guidelines laid down?
    Tia

    Minimum rental standards.
Google that and it lists out exactly what’s required.

Hi it seems i need a pro to have a look at the property in order to establish where we stand vis a vis fire cert, disability access and the rest. We need an architect / engineer / surveyor to advise. I'd appreciate a pm from anyone with a recommendation for same. We're in North Cork / Duhallow area.
    Thanks
