    Hi there,

    I wonder if someone can help (and feel free to move if this is the wrong place)

    I'm having trouble with the apps on my phone (Samsung Galaxy J3). The Internet speed is fine, and anything Google-related (search, Maps etc.) opens really quickly. However, all of the other apps take a much longer time to load.

    I've tried deleting things off the phone, in case it is a storage thing, but that doesn't seem to have helped. It doesn't seem to be the internet connection, as Google etc. seem to work fine. Things like What's App, IMDB, news sites etc. all take a considerable time to open though.

    Might anyone be able to offer any advice on what might be causing this?
