I have a small business which I have been working hard to grow over the past few years, long story short, I have a petrol Rav 4 car/jeep/suv, It's private tax and insurance, what is the law regarding blocking out the rear window and side rear windows with a banner advertising my business? So it would almost be like a caddy van with regards visibility or lack of, through the rear view mirror.
    Thanks

Can't help you on the legal stuff but you don't have to 'block out' the window so to speak.

There are printed vinyls that are mostly transparent from your viewpoint inside the car. They have 100's of tiny holes in the print material, but carry your details perfectly legible outside.

And you can also get magnetic vinyl that you can slap on the doors while driving about / parked up - and whip them off at night or weekends.

Those Micro holes fill with dirt and effectively block the window completely.
Not sure about side but the back window on a work vehicle has one and its a disaster.
